Novaro Group is a Sydney-based property investment and buyer's agency. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

When you complete our property brief form we collect your name, email address, phone number and the answers you provide about your buying plans (buyer type, timeframe, budget, finance position, deposit, preferred locations and what you need help with).

We also collect standard analytics and advertising data such as pages viewed and how you arrived at the site, including via the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising pixel.

We use your information to contact you about your enquiry, prepare your property brief, provide our buyer's agency services, and improve our website and advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the business, such as our website, database and email providers, and with professionals involved in your purchase (for example brokers, conveyancers or building inspectors) where you ask us to. These parties are required to protect your information.

This site may use cookies and the Meta pixel to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Your information is stored on secure, access-controlled servers and kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
